How it playsIn Minecraft

The game

Pirate Gold is a PlayCulture game played half in the real world and half in an app. The goal is to leave the island on a boat with as much gold as possible. Usually that means teaming up with other wealthy pirates.

πŸ’°

Gold and treasure

Gold pieces, gold bars, gemstones and special items fill your pockets, and your chests buried in the ground.

βš”οΈ

Swords and murder

Hit someone in the body and they're dead. Take everything they own, but swords are one-use.

πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ

Wanted and Kingsmen

Cause trouble and your wanted level climbs, bringing Kingsmen after you. Pay off your bounty at a Trading Post.

πŸ—ΊοΈ

Maps and digging

Follow a map to a chest, or bury your own treasure so you don't lose everything if you're killed.

β›΅

Boats and crews

Boats seat 1 to 9. The captain picks the crew. Set sail at high tide to finish the game.

πŸ‘»

Ghost mode

Die and you become a ghost, collecting aura until you can reincarnate with a share of it as gold.

Pirate Gold is the most complex of the three games, so it is being built after SeekTag and Zombies. Everything here describes the original PlayCulture game. See In Minecraft for how it is planned to work on a server.
